Get Your T-Shirt!

To order a T-shirt, simply use the ‘Get in Touch’ form and share your address, email, phone number, and T-shirt size. After we receive your inquiry, we’ll send a confirmation email with payment details and your estimated delivery date.

Delivery time

Your T-shirts will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. If we’re on the road, we’ll notify you in advance and ship them as soon as we return

The price of the T-shirt includes delivery within Spain. European countries and the UK, please add 5€

Delivery

The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address as indicated by the buyer. Make sure your details are correct!

Uff Road does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned to such an effect, as is the absence of the addressee.

Deliveries are made through SEUR transport services to guarantee that the packages are delivered to our customers in good condition at a fair price and on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this delivery time because it depends on various external factors.

All shipments made by SEUR go with all-risk insurance for the value of the merchandise shipped. If you see any damage, you must notify SEUR within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Payment methods

Refund and return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return it. However, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, via text message or email, detailing the reason for the return. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

You just have to send us the product in perfect condition in its original packaging. In addition, in the case of exchange, the customer will have to assume the return shipping costs.

In the event that the product(s) are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the product and verify that all the above conditions are met, Uff Road it will admit the return of the product and the amount will be refunded and, where appropriate, the shipment of the new product: If we make the payment by transfer, we will ask you for an account number where to pay the amount.

You will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product.

In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by Uff Road. To make an exchange or return, contact us through the Get in Touch form

Guarantee

All Uff Road products are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacturing. Estimated times for processing guarantees can be up to one month.
